The American investigative journalist Wayne Madsen says that the U.S. Taliban fighters imported from Afghanistan and paid for attacks on civilians and coalition forces in Iraq.
Madsen: "This is a classic story of false flag terrorism. We know that the U.S. has a long history with the Taliban, which goes back to the Afghan War (1979-1989), the Soviet Union tried to conquer the country. "
