    All military personnel will be vaccinated against the H1N1 influenza virus and the vaccine will be available to all military family members , told an official of the Ministry of Defense.

    The H1N1 vaccination program will begin in October, said Lt. Col. (Dr.) Wayne Hachey, director of preventive medicine for the Ministry of Defense and Health Affairs.

    The vaccine, approved by the Food and Drug Administration, will be mandatory for all uniformed personnel, said the colonel. "What we want to do is focus on those people at highest risk," he said.
