One of the astronauts to first step foot on the moon says the time has come to travel to Mars. But in times of sequestration, the government has put interplanetary space travel on the back burner. Now the private sector is stepping up. RT Correspondent Liz Wahl reports on plans to put man on Mars in the not-too-distant future.
