Yes, unfortunately that does happen where links become no longer valid. From what it looks like that link is to a file sharing website, and with those, it would seem that if it is not popular enough or new enough, they removed the files and they are no longer available.

I do appreciate you letting us know that the link is not valid anymore, this will help others in the future, and maybe someone will be able to find another link for this file.
