A short message about all the wrong in this world.


If ever there was a time to speak out about wrongdoings, now is the time. With this world in the state that it is currently in, if we don't speak up, it will continue to spiral out of control to a place where it will be very difficult to recover from. As it stands, it is difficult to turn things around, but it is far from too late. It is time to speak up when someone is being abused, or demeaned, or treated poorly. It shouldn't matter what the consequences are for helping someone in need; we should help anyway, because it is the right thing to do. We are human; we are caring in nature. We need to get back to the state of helping others and not worry so much about our egos and what will happen to ourselves if we do the right thing. There should never be negative consequences for helping others and doing the right thing, but unfortunately, there are.

An individual who tries to do the right thing whether he succeeds or fails should be celebrated. Because it's not what the person did is what their intentions were that really matters.

Yes, but unfortunately, most people won't uphold that, out of fear. And I think that's what this message is all about. F*** the fear and just speak up already! For the right reasons. And applaud those that do it, too!

Agreed! We should all stand up and say something when we, or someone else is wronged!

The problem is people do not want to have their lives complicated. Most people will only stop to help somebody if they gain something from it or their will be no repercussions afterwards. This should change!
