Never thought about it that way. Good observation. Of course there are some conspiracies out there. I think we here know most of the relevant ones that do exist, but I don't think everything's a conspiracy.

Interesting,TPTB apparantley have their fingers in the pie with the utilitiy companies. The electric bill here for 1 small bedroom apartment is killing us the last 3 month $151. twice and the current one $153.(This is supposed to be budget billing, believe it or not) Sure would like to see...
