Wow, so I suppose it all depends on who your insurance company is. Health is so important, I think it is probably a good idea to stay away from companies that are total rubbish. They do not deserve our money.

I might try that. Lately, I feel that I am letting others influence me in ways that are not the best. In the night my dreams are out of control and I wake up confused and feel I am easily influenced.

I started stockpiling cans of food and water about 2 years ago. I keep it a secret because people think I am crazy if I tell them. I feel pretty good because I have a good 3 months supply of food and almost that of water. Each month I get a little more food and water.
