Possible "Zombie" Attack? In Philadelphia?

Strange are the things going on these days. Could this have been another possible attempted Zombie thing? Sure the things going on with both legal and illegal substance abuse is not good, not when they alter your mind and make you a slave to them. But what else do we know? Subliminal manipulation, the droning on and on repetitive vocals of hip hop and rap, the "gangsta" mentality, violent realistic video games. It really seems to affect some of the young.
