Linda Brown – Daughter of Thomas Townsend Brown (TTB)

Well, it has become apparent that we need a separate thread for those who wish to prove or disprove that the woman who calls herself “Linda Brown” is truly who she says she is, that being Linda Brown daughter or Thomas Townsend Brown (also referred to as TTB).

There are people from other forums who have been for one reason or another accusing Linda of not being who she claims to be. Personally, I see things from a whole different viewpoint, so identities are meaningless, but there are those who don’t feel the same as I do, so I’ve decided to provide THIS thread for that debate so that the other threads that are affected with this topic can go back to being the discussions they are meant to be.

Please, be kind, be respectful, and keep your discussions of this matter out of the threads where they don’t belong. Any discussion of Linda Brown’s identity is to be made here. Thank you.

Linda, I’ll leave this to you to provide whatever further information that is necessary on your part, I won’t be copying or moving any of the previous discussions into here, but you copy it in if you wish.

Everyone else, keep this out of the rain on the window thread from here on out, it belongs here now. I would like to keep the thread about those papers and that is all.

Agreed. I simply put this here so that the other threads don't get clouded with the nonsense that has become of this all.

In the grand scheme, which most of these people don't understand and therefore talk down about, none of this matters, time is non-existent and memory is the only thing that really holds us in place. These bodies and these names for them are only reference points.

Now, before I go and get this thread derailed, lol, let the others come and debate it all they want. If it is done to gauge the reaction of all of us, then I can give my reaction once again here and now. I don't care WHO by name or relation Linda Brown, or anyone else here IS. You may all debate it, and Exterminator can go on calling me a "fence sitter" all she wants, but I don't care. It's completely irrelevant. Exterminator acts the part of a paid troll, who sets out to get a reaction, and so be it, I won't get angry and respond emotionally and I don't think anyone else should either.

My work with Linda Brown is within a different frequency but ties into this one to translate information. So, for that reason alone, Linda Brown IS Linda Brown. There is nothing more for me to say on this subject.

You made no mistake, Linda did. All she had to do was not continually comment about me and I would have left her alone.

Now, as to Linda being the daughter of Thomas Townsend Brown, she is.

However, what happens after she meets with Zorgon if and when she does. Does that mean that the simple proof of her identity will all of a sudden be proof of all she has said? I think not. Identity should not weigh in on facts outside of identity.

Her identity is merely the first step. After that is when the real Due-Diligence will begin on what she claims to know.

I never had any control over you. I always allowed you to decide for yourself. I only offered advice, that is not control.

Why would you want to meet him now? You didn't in July of 2011. What changed? And if you think you will meet him without my presence you have another think coming but as he said after our meeting and that you didn't want to meet him, his response was "well, no loss, why would I want to meet a psychotic person as her, I see enough of them". Anyway, I wouldn't want to miss the show cause I am sure it would be a doosey and I would validate what was said for you certainly can't be trusted with your selective amnesia...anyway, how is that working out for you?

As to your shutting up, well, don't complain as you have that I keep repeating myself. You must learn that the truth will be repetitious so get used to it.

Instead of letting my ego tell me that I should be insulted that my very existence has been questioned.... I now understand that this is a vital first step in this process and even though it has been instigated by those of the Exterminators agenda.... it is still and important process that needs to be followed through here.

In a land of shadow warriors... I guess I am the only one who is meant to hold her ground and be in the light.The only one who can do this.

Dad once said of me that I was supposed to be ( through my journals) The MOMENT between the chalk and the eraser..... and I am beginning to see more clearly now exactly what he meant.

What will this " cost" me? as another shadow said..... " Nothing less than everything".

So I agree with Mikado here. Even after everyone in the world is convinced that I am who I have said I am.... there will be those who will have endless challenges and counterclaims. Thats just the way its going to be. I accept that.

But also..... that is not my problem. The scientists will figure the science... the engineers will work their magic in taking all of those thoughts into solid form... the students like Dylan will study and think new thoughts....its all meant to go that way.

The only thing that I have to do is be me.... and whether or not others decide they like or dislike that.... thats essentionally their own problem.

So I am here to answer the questions that I can answer..... with appreciation for this special place.

If you need a picture of me and my Mom and Dad together.... through a source that isn't the official biographer of my Dads life ( Paul Schatzkin Defying Gravity: The Parallel Universe of T. Townsend Brown) Go even further back to a source that HE found and used in his book. (A situation where he was given the clipping out of my archives so maybe it wasn't all that hard for him to do.... but those intrepid researchers out there who REALLY want to be thorough can look it up I am sure through the Internet).

There is a photo taken by a staff member of the local Zanesville paper in1953. You will have to look the name of the paper up... it was not mentioned in the clipping that I had in my files....

The text though says".... the parts that are relevant to us here...

: The Townsend Browns have returned to Zanesville to make their home bringing back a name once prominent in Zanesville affairs... Townsend Brown, pictured above with his wife ( the former Josephine Beale) and seven year old daughter, Linda Ann...... etc etc etc.

This newspaper clipping was published on February 8th, 1953.

Just a note of personal interest.... if you look at the fireplace hearth.... right behind my Dads heel in the picture you will see a model brass cannon that travelled with us my entire life. Moms green teapot and that brass canon were ALWAYS with us. I believe it was awarded to my Grandfather LKBrown for services rendered to the US Navy... and it meant alot to Dad.

This is an aside to the Grandsons of Thomas Townsend Brown..... I am assuming that you have inherited that cannon because I know that it went to my brother Joseph when Dad died.... that and his special ring... also from his Grandfather on the Townsend Side.... I am mentioning this because someday someone may challenge even YOU Jeff and Jason.... to PROVE yourself. Just point to the cannon!!!! Linda

I just remembered that there was an article about me... with a picture in a local Hawaiian paper in November of 1947 upon the arrival of the Luriline from the States. A passenger on board had a female dog that had pups and since I was the youngest passenger they did a human interest story of me and the doggies, complete with pictures and Identification. Someone could look that up pretty easily I think.

Then of course there is the passenger manifest for that cruise... the Luriline.....should have all of our names..... I would do it.... but I already know who I am.... <g> Linda

All I have to say is.... in looking at WHO a person is.... look hard at WHAT they have done. Much has been said from Exterminator about me using the name of Elizabeth Helen Drake. Notice that this is my FIRST announcement that I was doing that... and this happened ONLY as the Forum was obviously shutting down and Paul had thrown up his hands and walked off. So understand that for six years I stayed " in the shadow" of his efforts and only just then came out... so that I could go forward under my own name. THOSE are not the actions of a person seeking publicity for glorys sake alone. I am claiming some recognition here for what I did quietly do...Note the dates.... Linda Brown

To those of you who are new to this forum. A couple of important things for you to know.

In reading the old messages ... you will note a character named "Elizabeth Helen Drake". She came on with such high hopes that both this forum and Pauls book. would bloom into a thriving intellectual masterpiece. Read her words throughout the many pages of this forum... they stand to prove that what I am saying now is true. She cared, and she worked hard to encourage Paul every moment. Even when he was on vacation.... she was there.

For those of you who haven't known before now ...Elizabeth was my Pen Name. I didn't want people to focus on me instead of Paul and his words. Paul also thought that it would be beneficial to the work in general to keep me as his " research assistant". At the time that was fine with me and I generally kept that persona unless I felt that certain people were going beyond casual interest and deserved to know who I actually was.

In January Paul posted something on his driver@49chvy.com blog called EPIC FAIL.... which is a rather long post explaining all of his reasons for quitting the story of Townsend Brown.

Its strange that he would not consider that I had spent those six years right alongside of him and at least deserved notification of his plans.

So ... giving him the regard that he failed to give me .... I am telling all of you (and Paul particularly) that I am NOT QUITTING. In fact there will soon be a new website and that I am already writing my own book......

I want to invite those who are interested in continuing the conversations about my father and the life we led together to join me in my new house. Its just a simple Quonset Hut (ttownsendbrown.com) and in fact is still under construction at the moment.

Within a few days will have its doors open to continue this ongoing discussion of my life with my family. There at least you will find encouragement and good caring company .

Sad to say it Orion .... but it might be ...unless Paul himself decides to spend some time and attention to this Forum ... you might find yourself in a withered garden.
