While I feel sympathy for JCP's emoloyee who all will eventually get pink slipped in favor of technology (I hope they're aware of this and are trying to save for this event)I don't feel sorry for their greedy owners or board members.
Whether people are ignoring JCP as a silent form of protest about the technological overhaul JCP is planning on doing, and willingness to contribute to the Nation's unemployment rate, or if it's just basically geared toward the struggling economy which the MSM continues to ignore reporting on, I don't feel sorry for their upper level echeolon at all. It's just a shame they are probably slashing long time loyal employee working hours to shreds. Having been in retail the more money you earn hourly the more likely they are going to bring someone new in at lower hourly wage to give the needed hours to them.
I don't know if anyone else has experienced this in retail and can confirm my experience. But the retail Execs seem not to care about their regular employees. They're willing to use them as they use their new help.
