I mentioned in another post that every image that comes through NASA before being released to the public has to be cleared by the NSA.... why would that policy be in place if there is nothing to hide? I can understand earth pass overs - but how about images from Mars or the Moon. What is the national security interest here?Does NASA censor? The anomlies could be a lot of things. He chooses to call them UFOs. The URLs are static and do not change. He has waited weeks so we all could see this was the case. As soon as he releases the images to the media and makes a youtube video calling them UFOs.... within a day - 2 at most - the URL links go dead the old image is deleted, then a new URL and a new image where the anomolie has been photoshopped out appears. I seen this now happen 3 times. If there is nothing to hide, why when he does this does the image and URL go down, why is the image photoshopped, and a whole new URL created. Would it not be easier and less fishy for NASA just to explain what the anomlies are and dismiss it if the whole thing lacked credability and had a logical explanation? I can vouch for this example.I am no expert on SOHO and what was in the ORIGINAL image, but sure know censorship when see it happen and find the reaction on the part of NASA suspicious at best.I would like to believe in NASA and transparency of the information they provide .... but can offer case after case that disputes this - think we would be willing to have a public debate from our side with the other side on this ... think was one offered between Phil Plait and Joshua Warren on C2Cam of the cases in point and Phil was not willing to do so - Joshua was. This had already been brought into question when water was detected on the moon. Instruments left behind by Apollo missions sent a signal to Earth on March 7, 1971, indicating a "wind" of water had crossed the moon's surface. This 100 miles of steam was labeled an apollo tank failure.
