[Question?] Is potassium iodide fluoride the same as fluoride?

I am barely beginning to read Into fluoride. I have read both the pro's and con's of it. But I am kind of curious. Is potassium iodide fluoride the same thing as fluoride. I can't seem to get a straight answer from anything I've read so far about it.

Hi everybody is one doing research on fluoride but it seems as though I'm unable to find any information if potassium iodide fluoride is exactly the same as fluoride if anybody on here has any answers I greatly appreciate it.

Re: Curiosity

The short answer is yes.

Long answer:
Sodium Fluoride is the biggest enemy as it is a byproduct of industry. Calcium Fluoride is found in nature, usually in the soil and lake and rivers, it's also found in fruits and vegetables naturally and can't easily be avoided.

Iodine has been clinically proven to increase the removal of fluoride from the body via the urine. Adding the fluoride to potassium iodide possibly prevents this.

Fluoride is bad in any form and is a harmful neurotoxin. You can get potassium iodide without the fluoride.
