Fluoride can be added to food produced and marketed in Europe. The European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) last week approved the toxic mono fluoro phosphate added to the list of safe food.
Mono Phosphate Fluor is a highly toxic substance used in most toothpastes is that currently available in the shop. Since January 19, 2009 in the Netherlands a mandatory warning text containing fluoride toothpaste for children up to 6 years. The text reads: "For children aged six years or less not more toothpaste than the size of a pea. Make sure to minimize their toothpaste ingestion. Consult a (tooth) doctor if your child fluoride in other forms used
In some countries, notably Ireland, the United States and Canada is even a part of fluoridated drinking water. Officially, the drinking water since 2008 in the Netherlands and Belgium not fluoridated, because a discussion arose.
Fluoride is not an essential nutrient and is very toxic even in low concentrations. A very remarkable fact of fluoride is that it used even though the water was added to the concentration camps during the Second World War, so the prisoners will-making. It is a shameful crime that now our food can be added. I also strongly doubt the motive of the European Food Safety Authority.
