Server Issues, Again...

Our host, once again, has done some upgrading to their servers. Without warning, this morning (and most of the day today), this site went offline as there were issues with the upgrade. I have been informed (after inquiring) that the issue is now resolved and there should be no more issues loading the site.

I really am sorry and do apologize for the inconvenience this has caused everyone. We're back up and running now.

I don't like it when they don't tell you they're upgrading either, be nice if they gave even just a robo call that there would be work being done on your server and our cable.

Our cable company does that sometimes and then you hear when you call our technicians are at work in your area estimated time to return of service is . . .

As with our cable, (cable never deducts price unless you go at least 5 days without,even if its entirely their fault) I'm sure they still the charge the same amount of time for services rendered.

Hopefully means improvement until they think of something else.

Usually we get an email. At least we did last time, but not this time. Thousands if not more (most likely more) sites were down for at least half a day because of these upgrades. All done in the name of faster networking, which I highly appreciate, but i just with they would have said something so that I could warn my users ahead of time in the case of the site not loading. Oh well, things do seem faster and better for the time being.

At least most of the time they do let you know, could be worse, but that was quite an inconvenience

For something fast it certainly took sometime to get the speed, hope everything stays fast now

Hurry up and wait. Just like the driver that goes dlying by, then has to stop at the red light.

Alright, this is a precautionary warning that the site may be inaccessible for a few hours today. It shouldn't be, but just in case, I want to give warning in the event that no one has access to the site.

Again, sorry for any inconvenience.

We are working on clearing up any and all of the underlying issues that these recent upgrades have caused. This shouldn't cause any downtime, but it may. If it does we will be back online soon. Hopefully you won't even notice that we did anything.

Well, with all the upgrading, Lady of Light, I hope they can guarantee you the highest speed going.

I always say they're just in a hurry to get stopped ahead of us. Or in a big hurry to get to nowhere fast.
