I know I haven't posted here in awhile, but it didn't mean I don't think of all you.

For awhile I was in a funk. Then after the funk, came a challenge, that I think I lost, though I tried. You see, I was being helped by the best friend, "mother/sister aunt." I ever had for quite some time, myself being a victim of the rescession.

Some of you know how her one dr. denied her meds for 2 years because she hadn't been able to make it in to get testing done for one reason or the other. Then the fall of two years ago which she fractured her left wrist and got into the hospital that way, in which they in their ineptitude decided on her final week there to x-ray "Oh guess what she had a fractured wrist." Duh. Then they tried to send her home without making sure she could walk to the bathroom of her own accord, well, she got sent back and put into physical therapy rehab. Two years later she fell again. Then had water retention in her left arm, where she couldn't get up and go to the bathroom. Back to the hospital she went, where she was told she had a "small spot on her lung, no worries, no biopsy" so they finally decided to send her to a rehab where she might get off the "oxygen machine she had been on for 24/7" well they never bothered to get her up and moving and to make a long story short, she was put under hospice care "who said she wasn't dying" well in Feb. she lost her fight for life, and I lost one of the best friends I ever had. When she was under hospice care, I was "trained" to take care of her ( a whole 6 days) she had to have care every 4 hours around the clock.

Well that's my story. I know I'd rather drop dead out right, then to go through that.

I'm so sorry for your loss. It sounds like everything that could have bern done wrong, was. Unfortunately, you can't fix stupid.
