Sources in the truth-seeking movement believe the global elite is attempting to control the entire world’s food supply, outlined through a series of texts known as the Codex Alimentarius. The Codex Alimentarius as conspiracy theorists suggest it is internationally recognized standards, codes of practice, guidelines and other recommendations on foods, food production and food safety. The Codex established menu in a joint collaboration by the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) and the World Health Organization (WHO) which a goal of protecting the health organizations of consumers and make sure fair practices in the international food trade. “All of this seems nice, until you find out you could also interpret the codex to regulate all food. Processed, semi-processed or raw.”
