I used to read lots of psychology/self-help books and articles.
One of them that really stands out in my mind was an article with the title of this thread title.
I thought about putting this on the Spirituality sub-forum, but I wasn't sure it fit there so I'm putting it here.
I can't remember all 10 things. And I'm not positive I'm not filling in one or more of my own ideas, but it doesn't matter. I just think the overall concept is really cool.
Here's the list:
- Do a mental exercise.
- Do a physical exercise.
- Do something you've been putting off.
- Do something for someone else.
- Do something for pleasure.
- Do something with your hands.
