I saw that video too. It was very interesting and pretty music, they played, don't know enough about the science behind it to deem if it was staged or real, but nice music all the same. I wonder if other plants could do the same?

I think this would be like sort of hooking up electrodes to your spinal column and every time you sent a message to any party your body it would create some sort of signal which could be interpreted into music.

Yes! this is great, the fact that plants communicate and have sense of what happens around them and even a telepathic connection with humans and other life should be common knowledge. I mean- "the Secret Life of Plants" came out over 30 years ago! thanks for this denise :)

That's beautiful. Very awesome. I think plants do this all the time, we just can't hear them. The fact that someone discovered this is amazing.

It's quite possible you may be right, who knows for sure unless we could learn how to do this ourselves. The music I agree is very beauiful. Too bad we can't hear this it's calming.

It makes sense that if these particular plants are "singing" that others are as well. They probably ALL are, just at different frequencies. And ya, i find it to be quite soothing, myself.

Yes, it's too bad we can't hear it, very calming. Wonder if there's something we could make ourseves to hear them?

The (mental?) reactions/responses of plants is detectable by lie detector. These can be telepathic (responding to thoughts) or from external stimuli (fire or rain). What we know about this subject is extremely limited but, let try to approach it from a different view. :)

With the knowledge of this phenomena, it is believed that the grasses and forests may have their own communication and social life. This communication is not in the form of language (words) indeed, most of human communication is not either! :) for lack of a better word, I say the plants communicate through what we call feeling. I think it impossible to immerse yourself in nature and not feel this communication! Through being more in tune, one will understand more readily the fact of what is happening- nature is good, green is life and love, it feels good to be in nature. Why? Because the plants are communicating to us :)

It's highly possible, since we know animals have a way of communicating with each other, and some attempt to communicate with us, so I guess why not plants. They've been saying talk to your plants for awhile now.

Plants respond to all kinds of stimulus and I would imagine their responses in sound (that we can't currently hear) would reflect that. Kinda like in the video, when it seemed to get scared or shy it stopped singing. I would imagine all plant-life does this, and I only wish I could get to a level where I could hear it with my own ears just out there in nature. That'd be awesome. Maybe one day. There's always hope we could bring ourselves to that level, right?

That's always a possibility I would think, maybe the many theorist on the Mayan calendar seem to believ that Dec. 21, 2012, will be an awakening/enlightening type of event, instead of disastrous. Hopeully those theirists will be right.

Remember thoughts are things, if enough people want something we can literally think it into existence. Hence why the television is a good tool for the elite to help the masses think terrible things into existence.

I believe one of the best ideas ever is to turn off the T.V.
Anytime you think it- do it.

I walk alot (among other things) for my spiritual practice. It is amazing how many things are naturally present in our world that are unnoticed and then speculated on by the ignorant. I see power lines everywhere, people loud and uncomfortable with their place within their own being. No regard for the simple beauty in EVERYTHING now. We are in an advanced stage of human technology and lifestyle. People see with their own eyes what before was only dream and fantasy.
I believe that many here have an idea of what I am talking about here and, I am not by any means calling anyone ignorant.
Continue to awaken, my friends, and KNOW- waking up is not all about taking in info or "enlightening" to truths, sometimes it is only opening our eyes and looking around :)

I do believe this, that's probably why they keep running disaster films, they'd like for us to create a natural disaster, so there'd be even more control over the country, could be why there's a heat wave going on, alot of upset people now about SCOTUS ruling.

Ya, they tend to make us focus on bad things all the time to have it created. It's very true, what we think and believe we create.
I believe that the plants sing harmoniously, and we will eventually hear them regularly. I believe we WILL tune in to nature and be one with everything around us. And because I think and believe this, it will be so. (Of course it helps when others think the same things, lol.)

Remember there are no limits, everything and nothing is possible both at the same time. You're the one that puts limits on what you think is possible.

Now imagine a television with programs teaching our children and us about enlightenment and how to become one with the universe? What kind of world would we have then?
