Strange YouTube video, 231134421 Be Ready!

Have you seen this weird video entitled 231134421 BE READY?

It displays a guy going through pictures of Oklahoma bombing, Lincoln assassination, 911, ETC.

It has some reverse messages which spell out "RUNAWAY and "SECTOR NY WATER".

I suspect the number is a dates: 23/11/13

But the remaining 4421?

This is the reverse writing:
YAWANUR = RUNAWAY
RETAWYNROTCES = SECTOR NY WATER

Yes, I did see that video, and yes sure was an odd one. Subliminal suggestions, whatever that video is supposed to be.
