In a 335-page ruling handed down today, an Administrative Law Judge with oversight of the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) has upheld the right of pomegranate juice manufacturer POM Wonderful to tell consumers about the health benefits of its juice.

POM was said to have spent $35 million on scientific research... Is that what it costs to promote nutrients and sell healthy drinks at the same time? Elsewhere, i've heard that the only hope for stopping the cabal from suppressing health, is to put one or more big corporate officers in jail-- For selling death by pharmaceuticals, for instance.... Because corporate criminals already expect to pay occasional, expensive fines, (as part of business costs).
