Here is a simple list to protect yourself from wifi radiation:

  1. Turn off your WIFi devices when no in use.
  2. Move devices at less 2 rooms away from where you sleep.
  3. Use wired connections whenever possible. Avoid using WIFI altogether if you can. (This isn't possible for everyone.)
  4. DO NOT sit near the wireless devices for prolong periods of time. Short periods are OK, long periods do more damage.
  5. If you router has a power setting, set it to the lowest possible setting.
