Here is a simple list to protect yourself from wifi radiation:
- Turn off your WIFi devices when no in use.
- Move devices at less 2 rooms away from where you sleep.
- Use wired connections whenever possible. Avoid using WIFI altogether if you can. (This isn't possible for everyone.)
- DO NOT sit near the wireless devices for prolong periods of time. Short periods are OK, long periods do more damage.
- If you router has a power setting, set it to the lowest possible setting.
