It is important for us to stay focused on the positive in every moment in our lives, no matter how stressful or negative things may look at the moment. There is good that comes from everything that we do; from every encounter that we have. When we focus on those positive aspects, we have much less stressful lives and we have much happier lives. So, no matter how bad things are or seem, look to the positive in those things, no matter how small that positive may be to you at the time. You never know what you might get out of something if you release the negatives and retain the positives.
