As we reported in the previous intelligence briefing, the government of Canada is being used as a staging area for Pakistani ISI secret Directorate false flag terrorist attacks to take place in the United States sometime after the first of the year.
This week the Canadian government was functionally shut down by Canada's Governor-General Michaëlle Jean as an espionage and export control investigation involving the government of Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper widens.

A member of the Canadian Parliament, Senator Colin Kenny, has "smoking gun" evidence from a little known Canadian federal agency that collects financial intelligence, FINTRAC, the Financial Transactions and Reports Analysis Centre of Canada, of numerous major government officials circumventing Canadian export controls through companies operating in Canada, and overseas, in the trafficking of nuclear materials to secret paramilitary bases in Eastern and Western Canada.
The individuals were said to be shipping restricted materials in a way that indicated they were trying to avoid being detected.

Sunday November 30, 2008 …At this hour a Joint U.S.-French Intelligence team, headquartered on European soil, has evidence detailing a terrorist relationship between the Somalia pirates and the current Canadian government.
The Bush-Clinton-Gary Best Inc. Somalia pirate operation is now linked to the trafficking in nuclear weapons and material to various ports in Africa, including Somalia itself.
The nuclear material is then transferred by sea using cargo ships directly to Canadian ports. This nuclear material is now in the hands of various terrorist groups operating on the East and West Coast of Canada.
These terrorist groups have a direct operational link to the SECRET directorate, which involves the Pakistani ISI, the rogue U.S. CIA, British MI6 and Israeli Mosad.

There is also a direct tie in to the noted Somalia pirates and the Bush-Clinton-Mossad-Gary Best "TRUE COLORS" assassins and mercenaries.
Reports have also pointed to millions of dollars worth of financial transactions associated with U.S. and British companies, which amount to $35 million in transactions and bribes made to Canadian government officials between 2002 and 2007.
These bribes are connected all the way back to 9/11 and hush money paid to Canadian government officials regarding the role of the Canadian Military and its U.S. counterparts in the Red-Blue U.S.-Canadian war games that were used as a disguise to provide cover and effectively shut down the U.S. defense shield on the day of 9/11.
Reference: The alleged hijacked U.S. aircrafts were actually flown to paramilitary bases in Canada on the day of 9/11 itself with laser technology and holograms effectively used to attack the New York City World Trade Center and the U.S. Pentagon.

These are the same paramilitary bases in Canada, which are now operational and will be used to attack the United States with another false flag operation soon after the first of the year.
