It's probably just something overlapping on their camera (frames in capturing), but it is strange. If it's not, then i have no clue. I can't see anything in any of the shots that seems clear where it's coming from even for overlapping images.

Yes, you're correct in the assumption. I know I tried to get it clear too, but couldn't.Hadn't thought about overlapping of frames. It is strange looking though, whatever it is.

The problem is, there doesn't seem to be anything in any of those frames that would cause that kind of an image in an overlap. That's what I'm having trouble with. I've seen some overlapped stuff, usually cars and some buildings, but those were all reasonable, and obvious. This is not obvious.

Is this digital? probably, we don't have a digital camera, (even the cell phone we share is just that a cell phone (at least I don't think anyone would try to rob me of it., but so 20th century , so I have no idea what they can do with those things.

Since you're not seeing any of that overlapping, do you think this could be something supernatural? It does look like blurry figures there. I wonder if there's a computer program (I know of Photoshop, perhaps maybe that's what happened, photoshop) that could get rid of the blur.
