for those using firefox i highly recommend you install the add-on NoScript 2.1.0.3

this add-on will allow you view and permit/deny any cookie/script/flash/clickjack/hijack as you see it,

you can choose per page, per site, per object so if you want to know how many cookies, scripts your browser is processing use this add-on.

I use Firefox, I love the plugins or add-ons that are available for it. So NoScript will basically increase privacy? or just help with ad-ware and spy-ware?
