Israeli prime minister Benjamin Netanyahu has lauded Barack Obama re-election by claiming that under Obama administration Israel-US ties had been stronger than ever – reported Israeli daily Ha’aretz on November 7, 2012. Both Israeli defence minister Ehud Barak and Israeli ambassador in Washington, Michael Oren were overjoyed by Obama victory , saying they don’t foresee any changes in Washington’s blind support for the Zionist entity.

Despite the pleasure shown on Obama victory by some top Israeli leaders – Knesset members from Netanyahu’s racist Likud party expressed their disappointment over Obama’s victory, fearing that now Obama will throw Israel under bus on Iran’s nuclear program and pressure Tel Aviv to negotiate a settlement with Palestinian Authority (PA).

“Obama is not good for Israel and we are concerned that he will try to pressure Israel to make concessions because of his chilly relationship with Netanyahu,” quoted Israeli daily YNet a Likud MK saying on November 7, 2012.

Zionist leaders are well-known for their hypocrisy. The Democratic Party Jewish caucus had blamed Netanyahu for interfering in US elections by openly supporting his old radical Zionist Mormon buddy Mitt Romney.

Obama was also congratulated by leaders of the UN Security Council permanent member states, Britain, France, Russia and China. German Chancellor Angela Markel, Eyptian president Dr. Mohamed Morsi, Turkish prime minister Erdogan, PA leader Mahmoud Abbas and Afghan president Hamid Karzai also voiced their pleasure on Obama victory.

There was no reaction from Tehran as the Islamic Republic has always concsidered Obama and Romney as the two sides of the same ‘Zionist Coin’. However, Israeli daily Ha’aretz has reported that Obama re-election had opened a window for the US-Iran direct talks on Iran’s nuclear program and lifting of US sanctions against Iran.

Hamas has not official congratulated Obama on his victory but spokesman Sami Abu Zuhri said today: “We demand Obama to review the US foreign policy towards Arab and Palestinian issues and end the US support for the Israeli occupying regime during his second term in office“.

This year 109 million Americans (popl. 305 million) voted while 5 million senior citizens and Afro-Americans were not allowed to vote for not having “proper IDs”. The election has cost more than $6 billion. Repeated polls have shown the vast majority of Americans believe it will make little or no difference in their lives whether a Rublican or a Democratic is in the White House. Obama beat his opponent Mitt Romney by 100 electoral votes.

America which claims to export democracy to the Muslim world – suppress democracy within the country itself. The US presidents are not elected by a popular vote among the 50 states but by the assigned electoral ballots to each of the 50 states in the Federation. The presidential candidates usuall campaign only in the seven states with greater electoral ballots.

Barack Obama will still be facing a hostile pro-Israel Republican majority in the Congress at least for the next two years.

The Muslim world, especially the Islamic resistance groups have nothing to celebrate as both Obama and Romney represents the same anti-Islam and pro-Israel establishment. Obama in first 4-year presidency has proven to be far more anti-Muslim warmonger than Dubya Bush.

In addition to the massive task of tackling 1 trillion-dollar annual deficits and reducing a 16 trillion-dollar national debt, Obama will have to deal with a divided US Congress that is likely to maintain the same partisan makeup in his second term in the White House.

I just listened to Linh Dinh (Philadelphia) on RT’s ‘Cross Talk’ show debating with Neil Sroka, an Obama fan and Ilya Shapiro from Israel advocacy group, the Cato Institute.

Linh said that American elections are fraud which only allow American voters to keep electing war criminals and protectors of the filthy-rich Wall Street bankers.

“America does not have a representative democracy. If you vote for someone for his rhetoric and promises, which he promptly ignores after the election, then you’re not being represented, I’m sorry, though with your votes, you’ve just sanctioned (Obama) him to go on abusing you and the rest of the world. Ignoring his kill list, undeclared wars and other violations of justice, you’ve chosen to swallow whole his sound bites, so you will fully deserve what’s coming to you, though it’s unfortunate that so many other victims will have to suffer also,” posted by Linh under heading Ass Won!.
