On Tuesday, Indian occupation troops in the disputed Jammu & Kashmir valley killed a Pakistani soldier. It’s the fifth fatality in hostilities between the nuclear armed neighbors since the new year. Two Pakistani and two Indian soldiers were killed earlier this month since a ceasefire between the two foes a decade ago.

During the last few years, the India-Pakistan relation were improving – which dipped to the lowest level as the result of the 2008 Mumbai terrorist attacks carried out by RAW-Mossad agents which was blamed on Pakistani group fighting in Kashmir.

Both Islamabad and New Delhi have blamed each other for starting the clashes. However, Indian leaders have tried to bully their small neighboring nation. Indian Army Chief Gen. Bikram Singh has ordered his 700,000 troops in Jammu & Kashmir to respond “aggressively” to firing coming from Pakistani-side of the so-caled “Line of Control (LoC)”, a border between the liberated J & K, the ‘Azad Kashmir’ and Indian occupied 2/3rd of J & K. Indian prime minister Dr. Manmohan Singh in a statement said that India-Pakistan relations could not be “business as usual” anymore.

Canadian war reporter and author, Eric Margolis, who visited the disputed state, says that LoC is defended by Israeli constructed fences, electronic sensors, minefields and Israeli-supplied drones. “Loses run very high among those trying to cross the line,” he wrote.

The British Raj’s state of Jammu & Kashmir has been a disputed land between Hindu-majority India (popl. 1.1 billion) and Muslim-majority Pakistan (popl. 150 million) since August 1947. India’s world-renowned author and human rights activist, Arundhati Roy, has asserted several times that J & K is not part of India. she claims that Jammu & Kashmir valley had never been integral part of India and that it is a historical fact. She has called upon the successive Indian governments to abide by the wishes of Kashmiri people – whether they want to join India or Pakistan or have an independent state.

Speaking at the Asia Society event in New York in November 2011 – Arundhati Roy blasted Barck Obama and international community for ignoring the plight of Kashmiri people for the last six decades. Roy alleged that Indian army or security personnel were killing young Muslim children, adding that Kashmiris were not radical Islamists or jihadists as India portrayed them. She deplored the Indian government’s attempts to demonise Kashmiris who were moderate Muslims.

India has fought three major wars with Pakistan over J & K dispute. In 1971, India with the help of the US and Israel, succeeded in the break-up of Pakistan by creating Bangladesh in the former East Pakistan.

While India blames Pakistan’s intelligent agency, ISI, for cross-border terrorism – world human rights groups accuse indian occupation forces of execution, gang rapes, torture and reprisals against civilians. More than 50,000 civilians, mostly Muslims have died during the last 15 years.

China, the third party involved in India-Pakistan conflict, is rarely reported by the western media. China claims the entire eastern end of the Himalayan border separating India and China which Chinese troops occupied during the 1963 India-China war. China is Pakistan’s closest political and military ally. Any major Indian attack on Pakistan will naturally drag nuclear China on Pakistan’s side.

A major war between India and Pakistan will provide an ideal opportunity for American Zionist hawks to pre-empt Pakistan’s nuclear assets which are considered a threat to Israel.
