Yesterday, a jury in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, found Dr. Kermit Gosnell 72 guilty of first-degree murder of the three newborn children, as well as the manslaughter of Karnamaya Mongar, a 41-year-old immigrant from Nepal, who died in 2009 after being sedated at the clinic. The prosecuting attorney has demanded death penality.
