Iraq after 10 years

On March 21, 2013, the Carnegie Endowment for Internation Peace held a conference at its Washington DC offices to discuss the tenth anniversary of the US invasion of Iraq on the Jewish religious holiday of Purim, March 19, 2003. The event, titled “America’s Second-Longest War: Taking Stock,” assessed the current state of the Iraqi nation and the financial cost of the war to the US taxpayers. The panel included Ryan Crocker, former US ambassador in Iraq and Afghanistan, Samir Sumaida’ie, former Iraqi ambassador to the US, Emma Sky, former deputy to Lewis Paul Bremerr III, the Jewish administrator of US occupied Iraq (May 11, 2003 to June 28, 2004), Maj. Gen. H.R. McMaster and Zbigniew Brzezinski, former national security adviser to President Jimmy Carter. The Carnegie Endowment for Internation Peace is one of America’s oldest pro-government think tank and is funded by Jewish multibillionaire George Soro.

Samir Sumaida’ie said that there is a great deal of dissatisfaction among the Iraqis due to lack of security and employment. “The Iraqi government does not see the American presence as an integral part of its political calculation,” he observed. “There is more weight for what the Iranian regime thinks about political decisions in Iraq“.

Ryan Crocker did not agree fully with Samir Sumaida’ie. He asserted that even though US military presence in Iraq is minimum – Washington has other means to influence Iraqi government. Last year, Ryan Crocker, angered the Jewish lobby by endorsing Chuck Hagel as head of Pentagon. Last month, he joined a group of 35 ex-diplomats, military officials and other officials from both political parties – urging president Barack Obama to conduct direct talks with Iranian regime as the so-called “crippling sanctions” are only punishing ordinary Iranians, who still refuse to topple their anti-Israel Islamic regime.

Professor Sky observed that Sunni Kurd minority doesn’t trust prime minister Nuri al-Maliki, a non-practicing Shia. She avoided to explain the reason. The fact is – most of Iraqi Kurd leaders are Jewish or pro-Israel.
Maj. Gen. H.R. McMaster said the US misled itself into believing the Iraq war could be won quickly and cheaply due to advances in technology.

Zbigniew Brzezinski (Jewish) said the decision to invade Iraq has caused the standing of the US in the world to decline. He urged the US not to make the same mistake and launch a military campaign against Iran.

As expected, none of the panel members dared to mention why the oil-rich and the most advanced Arab nation was bombed to Middle Ages by Dubya Bush and his anti-Muslim western collaborators while Saddam Hussein posed no military or otherwise threat to them? The question was answered first by US president George Bush (in 2004) and later by Israeli prime minister Ehud Olmert (in 2006): “It’s good for Israel“.

Uri Avnery, veteran Israeli journalist, author and former 3-term member of Knesset, wrote on April 9, 2003: “Who are the winners? They are the so-called neo-cons, or neo-conservatives. A compact group, almost all of whose members are Jewish. They hold the key positions in the Bush administration, as well as in the think-tanks that play an important role in formulating American policy and the ed-op pages of the influential newspapers“.

On February 5, 2004, Sam Francis (died 2005) wrote at VDARE website: “Ever since Saddam was overthrown, the same (neo-con) cabal – there’s really no better word for it – has been pushing for more wars against Syria and Iran, also Israel’s enemies. Mr. Bush shows little sign of wising up to how these ostensible supporters have manipulated and exploited him and his administration and the country itself for their own ends. If he stays in office, we may well be at war with other states in the Middle East in the near future.”

Who benefits from 9/11 tragedy? After the terrorist attacks, 41 neo-con foreign policy experts wrote an “Open Letter” to president George Bush, blackmailing him to include destruction of Hizbullah and pro-Israel regime changes in Damascus and Tehran. The “experts” included Zionist Jews like Richard Perle, William Bennett and Jeane Kirkpatrick.

On September 10, 2002 – Philip Zelikow, the Zionist Jew Executive Director of the 9/11 Commission, told a crowd at the University of Virginia: “Why would Iraq attack America or use nuclear weapons against us? I’ll tell you what I think the real threat and actually has been since 1990 – It’s the threat against Israel“.

How much the invasion and occupation of Iraq to secure Israeli interests cost the brainwashed Americans? More than 5,000 US soldiers killed and over 50,000 permanently handicaped. The Iraqi misadventure cost $1.7 trillion – according to a study by the Watson Institute for International Studies at Brown University. Meanwhile, the nearly $500 billion in unpaid benefits to US veterans of the Iraq war could balloon to $6 trillion over the next 40 years.

Over one million Iraqi civilians were scarified over Israeli alter – including children and women. There is no way to estimate the numbers of Iraqis sustained life-long disabilities – and how many thousands of them will become victim to depleted-uranium left behind by American soldiers.

According to a latest Gallup poll – by 2-to-1, Iraqis believe they’re more secure – now that the Americans are gone from their country.

Lord David Owen, former British foreign secretary in an Op-Ed at UK’s Daily Mirror, December 2011, claimed that removal of Saddam Hussein has made Iran the most powerful nation in the region.
