Former owner of the World Trade Center (WTC), pro-Israel Jewish billionaire, Larry “Lucky” Silverstein, lost his bid to collect another $3.5 billion windfall from the United Airline. On Thursday, US Distric judge Alvin K. Hellerstein ruled that Larry cannot collect additional $3.5 billion in insurance from the airlines.
“If this case to go forward, the WTC companies would not be able to recover anything against the airlines,” said the judge, who is welknown for the 9/11 cover-up.
Silverstein’s WTC Properties LLC, which has already collected $4.9 billion from insurance companies – sued the American Airlines in 2008, claiming their negligence lead to the destruction of the towers.
Six weeks before the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks, Silverstein’s company had signed four 99-year leases on the towers and two smaller buildings in the complex. It made a $120 million initial payment to the former owner, the Port Authority of New York.
In the 2002 PBS documentary America Rebuilds, Larry Silverstein admitted dynamiting the 47-storey Building 7 on September 11, 2001 was planned by him ahead of the 9/11 terrorist attacks. The free-falls of the other two much higher adjacent buildings which were hit by two so-called “hijacked commercial planes”, were similar to Building 7.
Despite his confession to demolishing his own building, Silverstein has already received $861 million from insurers for Building 7 alone, as well as over $4 billion for the rest of the Trade Center complex. That $861 million for WTC-7 was paid on the basis of Silverstein’s claim that airplanes were somehow responsible for making Building 7, which was not hit by any “hijacked plane”.
In the original lawsuit, Silverstein had demanded $11 billion from the insurance companies which his Jewish buddy Hellerstein lowered to $3.5 billion.
Larry Silverstein is a close friend of Zionist prime minister Benjamin Netanyahu and a former chairman of a billion-dollar Zionist charity, United Jewish Appeal (UJA), which funds illegal Jewish settlements in Israeli occupied West Bank and East Jerusalem.
