Pat Robertson to Obama: 'Don’t pressure Israel'

While John Kerry is pursuing his doomed peace negotiations between arrogant Benjamin Netanyahu and American-puppet Mahmoud Abbas, TV evangelist pastor Marion G. “Pat” Robertson warned Obama administration last week not to prssure Israel to withdraw from territories it occupied in 1967. He told the ’700 Club’ viewers that God (Jesus!) will punish the United States if Washington prssured Israel to return East Jerusalem to the native Palestinian Muslims and Christians.

“From a prophetic standpoint, everytime the United States get involved in some kind of a pressure on Israel to split their land, there is some natural disaster happens here in America. There was a very cogent book written about disasters that come on America. Jerusalem was given to the Jews, it’s their capital, and the whole idea of splitting that capital is folly,” said the pastor. Watch video below.

Interestingly, the Synod of Bishops don’t agree with Pat. Robertson. In October 2010, a statement issued by the Synod of Bishops in Vatican claimed that biblical God never promised the Holy Land to the Jews.

“We thought carefully about the status of Jerusalem is holy. We are concerned about unilateral initiatives that threaten to change the composition and risk population balance. There is no longer a ‘chosen people’,” the statement said.

Pat Robertson is known for mis-interpreting Christian scriptures to serve personal gains. For example, in a September 2011 sermon, he told one of his listener that it’s okey to divorce terminal ill spouse.

Pat Robertson also lied about his service during the Korean War while he was an officer in the Marine Corps. A fellow Marine, Pete McCloskey, challenged Robertson’s claim. In 1986 Robertson sued McCloskey for $35 million for exposing his lies claiming McCloskey was the liar and not Robertson. In 1988 before it went to trial Robertson turned tail asking Judge Joyce Green to dismiss his suit and paid McCloskey’s legal fees!

Interestingly, many Jewish leaders don’t trust these 65 million or so Christian (Zionist) Evangelists. Last year, Benjamin Netanyahu, who had called them “crazies but on our side”, was the keynote speaker at the Christians United for Israel (CUFI) conference in Israel. The CUFI is headed by a Jew named David Brog. J-Street founder, Jeremy Ben-Ami, is against any cooperation with CUFI. He believes CUFI actions fuel antisemitism.

On October 19, 2004 – Mark Ames, a Moscow-based Jewish American journalist and editor, posted a classic at New York Press, entitled, ‘Save A Jew, Save Yourself’!’.

“The 65 million American Evangelical cultists love Jews for one simple reason: They hope to bundle every hairy Jewish ass up, air-freight them to the West Bank and East Jerusalem (once those areas have been cleansed of Muslims), and use the Jews as bait to bring upon the Rapture, as kindling in the Apocalypse, the final battle that will bring Jesus back to Earth. None of this can happen until every last Jew is penned into the occupied territoriesand the Jews won’t get there unless the far-right runs Israel and America. Currently 65 million American cultists are using everything in their power, from prayer to politics, to make this Helter Skelter scenario come true,” wrote Ames.
