The two-day annual meeting of Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) in Bali (Indonesia) concluded yesterday with a joint statement on economic growth. It made a lot of grand declarations but what benefits it will bring to the 99% population of those countries? Your guess is as good as mine.

The gathering was attended by top leaders from 21 APEC member countries including Russian President Vladimir Putin, Chinese President Xi Jinping, Australia’s newly elected Israel-Firster prime minister Tony Abbott and Canadian Israel-Firster prime minister Stephen Harper. John Kerry, another Israel-Firster with Jewish family roots, substituted for the US President Barack, who was pre-occupied with his administration’s Shutdown Nightmare.

APEC began in 1989, when Australia hosted the first annual meeting of Foreign and Trade Ministers from 12 Asia-Pacific economies to discuss ways to increase cooperation in this fast-expanding region of the world. Canada was a founding member of the APEC forum, along with Australia, Brunei Darussalam, Indonesia, Japan, the Republic of Korea, Malaysia, New Zealand, the Republic of the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and the United States.

APEC now comprises 21 member economies: Australia, Brunei Darussalam, Canada, Chile, People’s Republic of China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Republic of South Korea, Malaysia, Mexico, New Zealand, Papua New Guinea, Peru, Republic of the Philippines, Russia, Singapore, Chinese Taipei (Taiwan), Thailand, the United States, and Vietnam.

The Washington-based Zionist think tank CNAS in its 2012 report laid out US-Israeli agenda in the region: “The geostrategic significance of the South China Sea is difficult to overstate. To the extent that the world economy has a geographical center, it is in the South China Sea.”

The delegates celebrated the end of the meeting at a grand party thrown by Indonesian President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono. In order to throw some water over Indonesian Barack Hussein Obama, Yudhoyono sang to celebrate Vladimir Putin’s birthday.

Bali, the Hindu majority island, is country’s most popular tourist attraction. The city made headline around the world as result of Israeli Mossad terrorist attack in the night club district of Kuta on October 13, 2002. Watch a Mossad agent and an Indonesian policewoman laughing after the bombing as the five Israelis were found dancing near WTC on September 11, 2001.
