I agree with you quality is better then quantity. It is very difficult to weed though the threads/posts on some of the other forums. I wonder if there is a way to achieve a higher quality? The only way I can think of to achieve such a thing to heavily moderate the forums. I don't like to do this.

We are definitely up for ideas on how quality can be maintained.
