Atehequa... I am fascinated by the Avatar picture that you have chosen to represent yourself. Can you tell us more about it? .. can you tell us what it means and the history behind it? I do not believe I have ever seen the name of Atehequa... and would like to learn more. Thanks ahead of time! Linda

Just a picture I took a liking to. It appears to be man wearing a fur hat and either a decorated otter or some other large mustelid skin. In the language of my people Atehequa means Black Fox more commonly known as the Fisher or Fisher Cat.
