Tips for a positive outlook
Constant sikkeneurig is unhealthy. Literally. There are links between a bad mood and physical symptoms. Anger, depression and stress make you long-term sick. It is therefore very important to yourself and to give a boost. Use these tips and feel happy!

Do something
Do not become dissatisfied and unhappy. , So you have something to hand. Get your hobbies, or call that friend you have time do not have seen. Even boring things are good to do. Fill out your tax forms or even ironing.

Find people
