    Ngorongoro crater, Tanzania

If you have ever hankered to see thousands of animal species at one time, including the endangered black rhino, then this is the place to go. The Ngorongoro crater, the largest intact caldera - a depression caused by a volcanic eruption - in the world forms a bowl of approximately 265 square kilometres with sides up to 600 metres deep.
Swamps, grasslands, water bodies and forests make up the crater floor. Animals roam in and out for most of the year, attracted by the lush environment. You can view this extraordinary wildlife scene from several lodging houses on the crater rim.

In a perfect world, our dreams will be fulfilled. There would be no hard work or planning ahead, because everything you want would be given to you. In the real world, where we all live, rewards must be earned. The problem most people have is in the day-to-day details of accomplishment. Accomplishment takes a lot of time, sacrifice and effort, and that’s the real rub for a lot of people. But, as Abraham Lincoln once said, “The best thing about the future is that it comes one day at a time.”

Ngorongoro Crater is a attractive destination for tourist in Tanzania and a large volcanic caldera within the area, is recognized by one private organization as one of the seven natural wonders of Africa and the other major water source in the crater is the Ngoitokitok Spring, near the eastern crater wall.
