Last week’s US-supported UNSC Resolution 1970 (2011) against Libya – includes a strange clause (Section 6) that specifically forbids international war crime prosecutions against mercenaries from countries which are not signatories to the International Criminal Court (ICC), which protects many of the mercenaries being used by Libyan Qaddafi.
According to British daily The Telegraph (February 27, 2011) – “African mercenaries hired by the Gaddafi regime to kill libyan protesters would be immune from persecution for war crimes due to a clause in the weekend’s UN resolution that was demanded by the United States”.
The Jewish-controlled mainstream media is interpreting this ‘strange clause’ to save the American leaders from being prosecuted by ICC for their crimes against humanity in Afghanistan, Iraq, Bosnia, Philippines and other parts of the world – because United States is not a signatory to ICC. The said clause also protect over a dozen Israel’s political and military leaders, who are wanted for war crimes against Palestinian and Lebanese people in Britain, Spain, Lebanon, Iran and many other countries.
However, in case of Libya, the clause has a great significance becuse the African mercenaries shooting the protesters are provided by an Israeli security company Global CST aka Defensive Shield, which is owned by IOF Maj. Gen. Israel Ziv. And surprise, surprise – Israel is not a signatory to ICC. Israel has used African mercenaries against Sudanese government in the past.
Global CST has a long history of supplying arms and training to African anti-Muslim monarch and dictators. The list includes Algeria, Nigeria, Somalia, Guinea, Ethiopia, Eriteria, Georgia, Serbia, India, China, etc. etc. According to Israel daily Ha’aretz – Former Colombian presidential candidate Ingrid Betancourt who spent six years in Marxist FARC captivity, was also rescued by the members of Global CST.
Egyptian sources have revealed that the Israeli company with the permission of Israel Defense Minister Ehud Barak has so far provided Gaddafi’s regime with 50,000 African mercenaries to attack the civilian anti-government protesters in Libya.
As one Israeli general had said in the past that Israel can only have peace with dictators – and in this case Qaddafi’s offer is so good, no shylock in in right mind can refuse it. Qaddafi regime pays $2000 per day for each mercenary. The mercenaries receive $100 per day and the remaining goes to Global CST, the report says.
On January 22, 2011 – both BBC and Al-Jazeera reported Qaddafi using airstrikes against the protester in Benghazi – but when the Russian military monitoring the event via satelitte from the very begining exposed this lie – the hasbara vanished from the airwaves.
The bombing of Pan Am Flight 103, on December 21, 1988, which blew-up over Lockerbei (Scotland), killing 270 people – was an Israeli false-flag operation. First it was blamed on Syria then on Iran and finally on Libya. Pan Am had hired a former Mossad agent Yuval Aviv. His investigation showed that Mossad agents knew about the attack and even tipped off the US and German intelligence agencies. He had also claimed that Abdel Basset Ali al-Megrahi was innocent and it was Tehran behind the bombing.
