Does the CIA mind control program exist does this show the weakness of the cia where i is for natural wit?

I was just browsin thru the web when i saw the mkultra or more specifically cia mind control and was kinda inquisitive to find out if this was still bein used cos if thats the truth cia agents rely too heavily on technology than innate skills. I wish we had ppl with innate skills rather than inducin a foreign object into a person's brain and remote control. Think even the army endorses this crap. In that case the so called CIA isnt really intelligence it would be more like well brainwashin and thats what even rebel groups do and the cia well ofcourse they are protecting the nation but they could have experimented it on the wrong person too. For example not every person with a beard's an osama bin laden if u get me. I really am interested in some answers but the fact that they can introduce an element into ur brain wow gosh that is mind boggling. so in other words humans can be lab rats creepy aint it. More u dig into the CIA the more dirt u cm to come up with.

Good question..neither you or I are CIA goons, so what we know or read is only what they put out there for us to see..media manipulation is mind control but no one ever admits they are influenced by the media...Yes it has to exist, why would it not exist and how do we find proof of its existence? We dont!! It is a little naive at best if you expect the CIA to come out of most things smelling like a rose. The good that they do, they cant tell you so they dont tip off the bad guys on thier methods.So you hear only the bad. They also work in a very dirty business and if you work in that business, your hand s will get dirty.
