That is a typical reaction to being in the sun. I have spent the last 2 days outside in the bright sun and I feel fantastic, and I am full of energy. The sun, because of how it's absorbed, works wonders for our bodies and our minds.

I was sitting quietly this morning spending time with my wife while she was watching TV. It was Live! with Kelly Ripa. I was totally shocked by a segment on pets and the Sun- This vet on the show actually said that "the Sun is a BIG problem for us (humans) and also our pets." I was in disbelief at what happened next- the vet and the hosts actually started putting doggie sunblock and goggles on these animals! It was totally surreal.
Thoughts?

The animals don't deserve that kind of treatment, nor do humans.

My thoughts are that of pity for these poor lost souls. Unfortunately, with their way of thinking, they will not benefit from what the sun has to offer. They need a lesson in light, but will not have it, because they don't choose it. I truly pity these people, and by pity, I mean send LOVE and LIGHT their way.

So true I need to do that.. I have been spending lots of time indoors and I feel deppressed alot... Im hiding from the heat lol....
