This make perfect since, this is not that much harder to understand that the stationary sun theory. They should teach this in schools, kids will easily learn it.

It's definitely an interesting theory. I don't want to sound like I'm disagreeing with it, but I am having trouble wrapping my head around it at this time. I don't know, maybe it's because of the 'brainwashing' that I was taught in school growing up, but it's hard to break at this time and open up to this theory. Like I said, I'm not against the theory, nor do I not necessarily believe that it could be true, I just am having trouble fathoming it right now. In time, I'm sure I can accept it. I'm always open to new ways of viewing things, but it takes me a while to grasp and put everything together in a way that makes sense with everything else. Just one more piece of the puzzle.

ok, but if this theory is correct, what about the massive asteroid belt inside and outside our solar system?
that theory is elegant and does make alot more sense a dynamic solar system that is slowing down and moving further away from itself and it does, the moon moves further away from the earth, the earth from the sun, the sun cools down... but in space... moving objects accelerate exponentially if i understand correctly.
this would make the asteroid belt which we observe as being... or report to observe as being mostly stationary is in fact a chaotic mess of colliding rocks... this would make asteroid viewing and astronomy far harder.
i think if you take the momentum and spiralling out of context you could think that the planets are moving further on the z-plane of the spiral than they actually are... because if that was the case, procession of constellations would change far more drastically than we observe them doing so...

Good point syra, its important to not just believe everything you hear and keep an open mind about everything. There is no way to be absolutely certain of the truth, especially when your 5 senses are involved.
If Nassim Haramein theory is correct, why have the constellation been so constant over 1000's of years?
