Rome
, November 3 The European Court of Human Rights has today determined that all crucifixes be removed from Italian classes.

The Strasbourg-based Court violate the images to the right of parents to educate their children as they wish. They go against the right to freedom of religion. The Italian government has said to appeal, although the separation of church and state enshrined in the Constitution.

The crosses are a common sight in classrooms in Catholic Italy. Under two laws, which date from the twenties of the last century in Italy when the fascists were in power, schools must show crucifixes.

Since the end of WWII, we have seen a constant effort by the pro socialist (communist) ruling elite of the Allied governments to diminish Christianity while promoting other forms of religeous preference, but mostly atheism. All of the very Christian countrys which were victorious in that conflict seem to have adopted the same agenda as the one non Christian member of that alliance, the Bolshevic Soviet Union. Strangely the new Rusia is reclaiming its Orthodox Christian roots while here in the west we seem to be throwing ours aside. Since we fought that war for freedom, what has happened to ours?...........Something to ponder........If the other side had won that war, would our faith in Jesus Christ be under attack as it is now?

We are told that we will be persecuted for our faith as Jesus was, we must be prepared to die for it, as he was, and did. Greater love hath no man, than to lay down his life for his friend. Love thine enemy as thy friend.
