The one who was recording it was amusing as she's saying "UFO UFO seriously it's UFO's" and then she says " This is the first time in my life I have seen " she then finishes with "ahh this is too scary" lol.
I discovered it to be amusing but anyway there has been witnesses for this little display plus they say these were whizzing about. It had been above Shinjuku that is virtually the middle of Tokyo, japan. Anyway just posting due to the lady when i found her reaction quite amusing.
