CODED MICROCHIPS implanted in every person in the country would tie all of us into a master computer that could track anyone down at any moment, and plans for such a system are already under way whether you like it or not!

The secret scheme is being touted as a service for the protection of the people by high government officials, but some insiders who object to the move say it's just another way for Big Brother to control its subjects.

Transmitters

"Top-level national security agents are trying to convince sources in the Bush Administration to begin the project in which every man, woman and child will be implanted with a tiny transmitter," claims Davis Milerand, a critic of government intervention who says he has received leaked information from inside sources.

"They're trying to say this will be a good way for authorities to quickly track down missing persons and children, as well as criminals and spies.

Injections

"But with the astounding technology of today, everything about you could be contained in one tiny microchip, which would be connected to a government computer.

"Any government agency will know what any person has done and is doing at any time."

Other sources say the tiny transmitters can be injected painlessly from a tiny gun in humans without them even knowing it through a nationwide vaccination program.

"All the government would have to do is make up something like the swine flu vaccine," Milerand says.

"Imagine if they said there was a vaccine for AIDS. People would rush in droves to get shots.

"The doctors themselves may not even know what they're injecting. They could be told the microchips are genetic implants that reprogram the body into fighting disease."

He adds: "The program would require all federal, state and local government workers to undergo the injections.

"It would only be a matter of time before everyone is implanted with a microchip, a slave to the government."

About the author:
Milton William (Bill) Cooper was a Christian author and radio-show host who spent the later years of his life exposing the secrets behind the US government and UFOs. In his book “Behold A Pale Horse” (1991), Cooper provides first hand information, based upon his career in U.S. Naval Intelligence, on the coming New World Order and the "Power Elite" that will bring about it’s Global Government, Economy, and Religion.

In July of 2001 Bill Cooper predicted the US government would stage a false flag attack on its own soil in order to move forward the New World Order. Bill’s prediction came true on 9/11/01. Then 55 days later, Bill Cooper was shot dead by one or more Apache County Sheriff officers. The following is an account of the incident as posted on Wikipedia:

The circumstances surrounding Cooper's death are controversial. On November 5, 2001, officers of the Apache County Sheriff's Office decided to serve Cooper a warrant based on the above-mentioned charges. For reasons not explained, the Sheriff's Office sent deputies to Cooper's home at approximately 11:00PM, and instead of knocking on his door and announcing themselves, the deputies attempted to lure Cooper from his house by posing as citizens playing loud music on or near his property. Cooper, who was an above the knee amputee, went down to investigate the scene in his truck. It is disputed whether the deputies identified themselves or tried to serve an arrest warrant at that time. Nevertheless, Cooper announced he was returning to his house to contact the Eager Police Department, either to verify the warrant or to contact the local authorities in order to report what he may have still believed was a real disturbance. Before he could do so however, the sheriff's deputies tried to apprehend him, at which point shooting began. Although it is unclear who began firing, there are some who question the uncertain circumstances, and who was responsible for first shots fired. Independent investigators questioned who would fire first at a double amputee, and Cooper's supporters claimed it was a convenient death, given the close proximity to the September 11th attacks, of which Cooper had already predicted, three months or so prior to the attacks (on his show "Hour Of The Time", 6-28-2001), Cooper was armed and one deputy was wounded. Another deputy returned fire, killing Cooper. Milton William Cooper was 58 years old.

Statistically, the odds against the same or a related sequence of events happening to one individual are astronomically high. Before reading this book I advise you to play at least two complete games of chess. You must learn the rules THEY play by. You must realize objectively that some pieces are more valuable than others and that the king is the most valuable of all. You cannot learn reality if you get caught up in the fantasy that "if s not fair." You must come to know that the ultimate outcome of the game is the only thing that counts. You were lied to when you were told that "it does not matter whether you win or lose, if s how you play the game." Winning in the world of the elite is everything. Indeed, it is the only thing. The power elite intend to win.

My research has shown, at this point, that the future laid out for us may be just about impossible to change. I do not agree with the means by which the powerful few have chosen for us to reach the end. I do not agree that the end is where we should end at all. But unless we can wake the people from their sleep, nothing short of civil war will stop the planned outcome. I base that statement not on defeatism but on the apathy of the majority of the American people. Twenty-five years ago I would have believed otherwise — but twenty-five years ago I was also sound asleep. We have been taught lies. Reality is not at all what we perceive it to be.

Truth must prevail in all instances, no matter who it hurts or helps, if we are to continue to live upon this earth. At this point, what we want may no longer matter. To cling to the past is guaranteed suicide. To remain apathetic is assured enslavement. To learn the truth and then act upon it is the only means of survival at this moment. To shrug off the information contained in this book and to disregard its warning will result in the complete destruction of the Republic of the United States of America. You will never get a second warning or a second chance. Like it or not, this is it, stark reality. You can no longer turn your head, ignore it, pretend if s not true, say "it can't happen to me," run, or hide. The wolf is at the door.

If we do not act in concert with each other and ensure that the future becomes what we need it to be, then we will surely deserve whatever fate awaits us.

I believe with all my heart that God put me in places and in positions throughout my life so that I would be able to deliver this warning to His people. I pray that I have been worthy and that I have done my job.

do you think they could possibly distribute nano-technology through the chemtrails?
bit of a looong stretch, but its been on my mind past couple days.

I don't see why they couldn't, they are hundreds of years ahead of us in technology then we are. While we are still thinking of microchips they have moved on to something way smaller and better. But we keep dwelling on microchips you can still see with ours eyes they are keeping that as a distraction.

I think they are using anything and everything they can to tag us. All they have left to do is get us all to ask for they chips or even beg for it...

The problem with the theory of microchips being in our foods and in chemtrails and all that is it doesn't make too much sense if you think a little deeper into it. If they put it in chemtrails, foods, etc, we would be soooooooo full of microchips that there'd be no room left for our own blood. I don't know, maybe I'm looking deeper to see more than most, but maybe I'm not looking deep enough to make sense of it again to be prudent. Either way, I just don't see how it's feasible for them to get any sort of microchips in us.

As for nano technology on a grander scale, I suppose if they want to turn us into something completely else that would help them to physically control us instead of just mentally controlling us, then, yah, I suppose they might be using the chemtrails for that. I don't know. The more I sit here and think as I type, the more I think in both directions. It' makes sense, yet not at the same time. I like the theory and it's worth looking more into, for sure.

How would they identify you?

Well I think the idea is the syringes and nano micro chips are coded with a unique number and they would mark in a computer what syringe you got and track you based on the code with satellites or maybe even your home appliances.

Home appliances such as your TV or toaster?

Just to clarify what truth Vibrations might mean, I think Cell phones, computers and Smart appliances have a better change of tracking you...

Well, they've probably had cameras and ways to monitor you in your home already especially in newer devices. Cell phones are a great way to monitor ANY chip that may be implanted in us. Most people have a cell phone, so this would probably be the absolute best way. Smart appliances, ya, will of course have this technology, anything to control you better.

All good ways to monitor once the chips are inserted. However they've decided to insert them.

Well, i have no cell phone, no TV and no microwave, but I still have a toaster. i am sure if they are tracking us from our toasters it would be easy to find it, a toaster is a very simple device. Any computerized device is the most obvious choice to do the tracking, they have the ability to send information already built in to them, so no one would find them suspicious. But if your toaster could communicate people would be suspicious i would think.

Thats what Smart appliances are 100th monkey, refrigerators, washing machines and toasters that communicate with you grocery store and banks and order food and such all on its own. However there is a sinister side to Smart appliances and that is, your doctor and insurers get the same information that your bank and grocery store does.

There is any easy way to stop all of this, and it is call non-compliance, don't buy the smart appliances, don't get vaccines and stay away from fast food chains. Your are feeding the the very people who seek to control you, when you buy their products. Stick to home grown foods and simple machines, so that you do not depend on these companies for your livelihood. If I can't use my toaster until in communicates to some online mainframe computer that is currently down for maintenance, its not a piece of machinery I need.

Well said boiling frog, well said! Absolutely got it right there. Non-complience. Why should we be reliant upon technology to survive. In the past, people were better off without these everyday devices that we take for granted. so, we need to stand up and all together say "no".

Just curious if anyone is following this agenda. Where do they stand when it comes to implementing this? I know it's been put on hold, but for how long? Is anyone keeping tabs on a timeline? Or have we done enough to scare them into holding off for good? I know it's being done within the military, but they sign papers when they join that allows it to happen without their knowledge.

You know what I think, I think they ARE scared to the point of not passing the "law" that forces us to go along with their plans. 'They' NEED our permission to allow these implants into ourselves, so that's the ONLY reason we haven't been implanted on a mass scale yet. If we keep doing what we're doing, they WON'T implement it. It's been said before and I'll say it again, non-compliance.
