A Milwaukee man hit the jackpot at Potawatomi Bingo Casino on Thursday. He won a $2.7 million MegaJackpot while playing a $5 Wheel of Fortune Double Diamond machine; a progressive casino machine played on a network around the country.
The prize is the latest on record awarded in the 20-year history of the casino.
The winner wishes to remain anonymous.
Wednesday's jackpot is the fifth prize of more than $1 million awarded at Potawatomi Bingo Casino. In September 2009, a Milwaukee resident won more than $2.1 million player a Wheel of Fortune Special Edition machine.
