Police in Woodstock, Ont., are searching for a woman missing since Tuesday.

Police said Brenda Duncan, 57, called in sick for work that day, and has not been seen since she left her house that morning.

Rev. David Duncan, her husband of nearly 30 years, said it is uncharacteristic for her to leave and have no contact with friends or family.

"She would be the first one not wanting anyone to be worried," David Duncan said. "She would be the first one, as soon as she appropriately could, to contact family — someone — [saying] where she was."

Police are asking the public to keep an eye out for Brenda Duncan's car, a red 2008 Mazda 5 station wagon with license plate number BCSJ 791.

The missing woman is described as about five foot seven inches tall and 115 lbs. She has blue eyes and was last seen with long, straight shoulder-length hair.
