An alleged prescription drug trafficking ring in Saskatchewan has spread to Manitoba.

Mounties have issued a warrant for a Manitoba man — 78-year-old Henry Ironstand of Valley River First Nation.

Two other warrants have been issued for Dean Elder, 50, of Yorkton, Sask., and Brent Woloschuk, 43, of Melville.

RCMP arrested 46-year-old Donelda Brass at her home on Key First Nation on charges of drug trafficking and possession of property obtained by crime.

A total of 23 people have now been charged with trafficking prescription pills and one with trafficking cocaine in the Yorkton area.

Chief Clarence Papequash of the Key First Nation, as well as councillor Gerald Papequash, are among those charged.
