China to build space forces

One of the major Chinese air force officer said that the deployment of the army in space is inevitable. "The struggle between military units will move into space. This is a historic development that we can not turn around," said Xu Qiliang.
However China has always opposed the use of weapons in space. But according Qiliang evolution is needed to protect China. Who superiority in space, will also dominate land and sea.
In January 2007 China surprised the world when it has its own weather satellite shot. The United States and other countries was a test for an arms race in space launch. (gb)
