this video is wonderful to watch! I remember taking classed to learn DOS when personal computers first came out and learning how to play video games on the Atari and Nintendo - can still hear the computer music to that game lol... had a lot of fun with the kids on that.
we have come a long way since then and many of us if not most of us have developed technical savvy with our pc's etc, maybe that how these people felt learning how to use a dial telephone for the first time!
The phones used before the dial telephones came out, one only had to pick up the receiver and talk to the operator who did everything.
