Saw this on the news also, we get them here from time to time usually unimpressive rope like things last year I think it was one got close to land and almost came ashore. (Tornado, if they do that) But geez I'd hate to be on a beach and see that thing! More strangeness!!!!

Me too, I'd probably be running the opposite direction and not even think of a picture. LOL. Maybe one of those storm chaser people, took the picture.
