What a horrific situation in that small town 27 dead, 18 school children. Situation still fluid one of the killers may have been a parent?? What is going on with all these senseless killings. My sympathies go out to these people put in such a horrible situation.

I think it's partially an extreme stress response to the general state of things. I remember when Columbine happened. Some of the people I worked with had kids in school there. None of them were involved, but it didn't make it any less horrible. I can't imagine losing a child that way.

Yes, i agree, I can't imagine sending a child to school and having them killed in any manner, but specifically manner this way. It's truly terrible what's happening in this country.
